End to end — with parallel streams and timely content from SRACO's side.

Preliminary timeline — the design phase completes in approximately 6–8 weeks with timely content delivery and consolidated feedback from your side. Late content, extended review cycles, or added scope (e.g. a 6th company or a new concept direction) shift the timeline accordingly. Front-end build, CMS and integrations (Part 2) are scoped and timed separately.

Stage 1 100% prepaid

Concept

Three design concepts (hero + 1–2 sections each) + a teaser of the main animation. Paid 100% upfront before start.

Stage 2 prepay → deliver

Design — Part 1

Homepage, the hero animation and the first batch of layouts (desktop → mobile). Prepay, then deliver.

Stage 3 prepay → deliver

Design — Part 2

Divisions, company pages and the Projects Portfolio. Prepay, then deliver.

Stage 4 prepay → deliver

Design — Part 3

Remaining pages, Arabic-first / RTL pass and micro-animations. Prepay, then deliver.

Stage 5 final payment

Acceptance

Review, sign-off and final payment.

Preliminary estimate — design + animation only. Hours cover both languages (English + Arabic-first / RTL) and all breakpoints (desktop, tablet, mobile). The min–max range depends on the complexity of each block / section and is finalised after the page and block structure is approved. The 6–8 week timeline is the design phase only and assumes timely content and consolidated feedback from SRACO's side. Front-end build, CMS, ERP / CRM integrations, hosting, security and VAPT are out of design scope and handled with SRACO ITC (shown for context, not included in the figure). Video generation is not included — third-party generation / render services may be billed separately, with the amount known after the concept.
