Over the past few months, a lot of things that once lived mostly in conversations, whiteboards, and planning meetings have started becoming real.
New systems are rolling out. Teams are evolving. VUE is preparing to launch. New divisions are taking shape. EPlug continues moving from concept to real infrastructure being built on the streets of New York.
What's exciting isn't only the growth itself — it's seeing how many people across the company are helping push it forward. Operations, compliance, technology, project management, sales, field teams, administration — progress at this scale only happens when everyone moves together.
As Energy Plus grows, one thing becomes clearer and clearer: the companies that last are not the ones that move the loudest. They're the ones that build the strongest foundations.
That's exactly what this stage feels like right now.
There's still a great deal ahead of us, but the direction is becoming visible — and that's something worth appreciating.

Rebate Research & Development
Shia Rosenberg now leads Rebate Research & Development, focusing on identifying new rebate opportunities and supporting divisions across the company.
Google Chat rollout
Energy Plus continues transitioning project communication into Google Chat across divisions to improve coordination, visibility, and communication flow.
VUE launches June 1
Internal rollout and testing of VUE is currently underway ahead of launch. Employees can already access the test environment using their EPNY Google account.
EPlug progress
Development and coordination continue advancing across Bedford and Varet as EPlug infrastructure planning moves forward.

Launching June 1, the platform is designed to centralize information that previously lived across disconnected systems, emails, spreadsheets, and documents.
